One or more magnetic reed switches are set in the closed metal or plastic pipe, and then the pipe is penetrated through one or more hollow floating balls with annular magnets inside. The fixed ring is used to control the floating balls and magnetic reed switches in relevant positions, so that the floating balls can float up and down within a certain range. The magnet in the float is used to attract the contact point of the magnetic reed switch to generate the opening and closing action.
